After TEN long weeks of bed rest, Eileen has survived and is now a free woman!! She hit 36 weeks yesterday and was released from "house arrest," as she not-so-lovingly referred to her recent state of affairs. Congrats to Ei, Aaron and sweet Mia for overcoming a major hurdle and for Baby Brinker #2 for staying put so long :-) I have been blessed with the gift of time - my maternity leave has given me the freedom to be there for them and help out as much as I can. Chloe has totally bonded with Cousin Mia (who is a great helper!) and we have been happy to be part of the crew of caretakers. The anxiety and concern we all felt has now quickly turned into pure excitement...we are more than ready to welcome the newest addition and cannot wait to meet him or her!

Goodbye Bed Rest!!!
